| If ur hardware knownage is very less then u better take it to an engineer. Here are the steps1- Make the 100mb hdd master (using jumper setting) and connect it to the middle IDE connector2- make the other hdd slave (using jumper setting) and connect it to the end of the IDE connector.3- reboot the pc and make sure both of the hdd are conized by the pc.4- since u already have win 98 on 100mb hdd u just have to reinstall win xp and install on the new hdd it will make all the dual bootable procedure for u.Remember that u can install win 98 and then new windows after it if u install winXp and tried to install win98 it wil destroy the winxp.if u can not understand the jumper setting or firqure out the ide then u r a newbiee and my advice will be to take it to a engineer |
