Default Blue ray drives

Ive been looking around the net and seen some blue ray drives for the pc for as little as £70, and wondered are they worth getting yet? or should i hold out till its more popular and maybe cheaper?

thats gotton a lot cheaper and they will probably still keep going down it depaends if you cant afford it go ahead but your graphics card needs to be really good to get the full blu ray experense

I'd wait for the format to straighten out first. There's 1.0 and 1.1 and god knows what in the future.

Ok thx carbon was just wondering if it was worth replacing my broken drive for a blueray one, guess ill leave it for bit longer and save a bit of cash

I used one in a PC I built for someone and had no problems with it.

I used a Pioneer, I think it was this one.
