| I have a hard drive that doesn't work. when hooked up it will make a beeping type noise over and over again until it just stops. I am not sure what to do. Is there any way to fix it? |

| Could you explain a bit more about your situation, type of OS , and weather your trying to slave the hd or hook it up to a pc without a hdin it. Or is it a replacement hd, external etc? |

| I am running xp on the computer, it was an external originally but i took it out of the casing to use it as an extra internal drive. Any other information? |
