I want to add another internal hard drive to my machine. Do I need to get one that is specific to my machine? Do you just plug it in underneath the main hard drive, or is there some complicated process to installing it? And can I just unplug it and put it in another machine if I want to?

no it should be a case of plugging it in to a spare sata or ide port, plugging in the power to the hard drive and booting up your computer. however you will first need to open up your case and see if you have a spare ide or sata connector/port and a spare sata or molex connector.

and yes you will be able to unplug it and then put in another machine but you will have to power off the machine first before you remove it or plug it in.

Great. I'll check at the store first before buying though ^_^. I think it would be a good idea to have a FAQ section, to stop the same question being asked loads of times. Unless there is one already.
