I have a Toshiba Laptop p200-123, ive been able to burn music cds on it all the time, but i recently wen't to do one and it's just showing up as a data disc im using a cd-r, i copied music onto it and tried it into my cd player no luck, does anyone know whats happened

Ive tried, Itunes, windows media player, nero, and a Toshiba one.
The message im getting is please insert a CD-R CD-RW to continue, ive tried different makes of discs, but no look, its just bringing it up as a data disc xx |
