Over the past month, my Dell Studio 1535 has been constantly ejecting cds/dvds even when there is no cd in the drive! Basically, every few minutes it tries to eject a cd, even if one is not inserted. I tried deactivating and reactivating the drive but to no avail. I also tried uninstalling the drive, but when I restarted the computer the drive returned automatically, and is still not working. The name of the drive is Sony Optiarc DVD+RW AD-7640S and it's slot style. Any ideas on this? Do you think it's a problem with Vista, the hardware, or (unlikely) the eject button, because of the surface-level quick touch (name???) eject button at the top of the keyboard?

I would like to call the service center, but currently I'm in Brazil and cannot readily call. I can't remember about any updates that may have caused this, but maybe I could be directed to some way to roll them back (or even just look at them).
