i have a friend she has a emachines and she put a second hard drive in it and like it cam out of another comp and like so when she try to access some of the files it says access denied and like so i toled her to get rid of the windows folder and that would maybe fix it but like she could not even delete that folder so wut could be causeing it to not allow any of this.

Did she format this new drive? or did she want the old files that were off the other comp?

No man its all good i know i type bad. But she had all her music in this drive she just put in so formating it is out of the question. When she goes to play any song it gives her the access denied problem. So like wut is causeing this.

she needs to format the drive. Thats really bad it still had stuff on it. Get all of her stuff off of it.

Then go into control panel and go into adminstrative tools. the go into storage and local disk management. Pick the drive and rigfht click on it. Click reformat.
