 dvd burner cannot read discs sometimes when i insert a dvd disc the burner/reader cannt read it, then if ive inserted 5-10 times it starts to work, also another problem is that my d:/ drive is not displaying on the my computer section sometimes, even if i go to run and i enter D:/ it says that the hardware is not found it might have been on a removable disc, and help please post me a message Last edited by Dave Hybrid : 21st Jul 2007 at 02:46 AM.  dvd burner cannot read discs How old is the drive? Sounds like a faulty one to me.
