Default DVD REGION ISSUE

Hi,
I would be grateful if any of you guys can help me out.
I have a Toshiba G20 and I have run out of options to change regions for dvd play back. Is there a way to re-set, or will I have to plug in an external drive?
Cheers,
PJD
