Before you ask this IS different from my other thread.
If I bought say a 500GB external hard drive and partitioned it, could I install Mac OS X on one half, and use the other half to store shared films, music etc. Then plug it into a Windows PC and be able to run Mac Leopard as well as Vista, and use the music/films on either? Thanks, Ollie.

no, Mac OS and vista are completly different, maybe you can configure music to play with both. but at least you can have vista on one partition and mac on the next.
