Default Formatting Hard Disk?

How do I format my hard disk? I wanted to divide it into 2 parts, so I can have 2 different Windows operating systems on each part.. if thats possible. Is it possible? Can I switch which part of the disk ide like to use after I do that?

Default Formatting Hard Disk?

Go to "My Computer", right click the C Drive, and click format. And sure its possible to have a dual boot drive that can run on more then one OS. I ALWAYS recommend though to install a second hard drive and have only one OS per HD.
