Default Formatting one partition to HFS+ Xbox & one to NTFS Windows

recently i bought a 500GB seagate external hard drive

and to make this short; i need hfs+ for my 360
and i need ntfs for general stuff

so i made 2 partitions via disk management in windows

both ntfs
233~ GB each

how would i format one of the partitions to hfs+ w/o a mac?
i tried transmac, but it would try to format the WHOLE hd, instead of only one partition

any help?
thanks
