Default HD not showing up in explorer

Newly built computer...running great, but trying to salvage data off an old IDE HDD. It shows up in device manager, and says its working properly, but it doesn't show up in My Computer and I don't know how else to access it.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

Shows up there too...says "Healthy(Active)". lets me open the main HDD from there, but not the IDE. Has no drive letter, and option to assign it one is greyed out.

It will not let me select properties. In the top window of the disk manager it has those stats, and yes, the used and free seem correct...but when i right click it the only option NOT greyed out is Delete Partition. And the drive only has one partition.
