I tried to do it by going to my computer and choosing format, but i haven't any other choice than NTFS, i can't choose FAT32 there, i don't know why, anyone can help?

Just use a boot disk. If you don't have one, go to control panel, Install/delete programs, then choose "create a boot disk", you can use a floppy disk, or a flash disk. Reboot your system with the disk inserted, go to command line and type fdisk. There you will have the options you need.
