Hello,

I have a 250GB hard drive that I started to use as an external drive. However, it's only a 200GB drive right now, because it was previously set up in a RAID1 mirror array with a 200GB drive, so it had to be limited to 200GB to match the array. Now, as a stand-alone external drive, I'd like to revert it to being 250GB. I thought to go into Control Panel> Administrative Tools> Computer Management> Storage> Disk Management, selected the Volume, and Deleted the Partition. But now the external won't show up when I connect it. How do I re-create a 250GB Partition on the external?

Thank you

EDIT: Ah, I found it! It's in the lower area of Disk Management, showing up as a 232.88 GB Unallocated disk! It just took me a while to spot that. Thanks =)
