Hi

I am using Norton Ghost Version 14 (previously Version 10) and have recently experienced problems in dismounting a mounted drive image in Explorer.

I can mount the image and assign a drive letter and access the contents but when I try to dismount it I get an Mount/Dismount error message that states "Cannot Retrieve Drive Information". On restart it does dismount the drive. I also get an error message in Event Viewer relating to V2imount, Category (2), Event 57.

As this has only become a problem very recently I am assuming that it is caused by a recent update to some software; Windows XP SP2 updates, Ad-Aware or Spy-bot perhaps.

Can anyone suggest what might be the cause and a possible remedy.
