Default My computer seems to have a problem reading cd-rw

discs in my cd-rom drive. Is there some way to reformat ?

your cd rome could be dirty clean it or your soundcard isn't capeable of handling what ever is on those cd's,todays cds are more complicated for older machines wether you have xp or not? possiblely you need a newer cdrome they do go bad like everything else in this world
