| Hi, got a problem on my hands, i ve been trying to dual boot xp with vista and i have tried to boot from CD using Gparted in the CD drive, now when i boot the computer it will not recognize so i went into my bios and the bios does not recognize it in the boot priority options, ive checked the connections in the computer and they all seem to be in the right place, part way through the boot a message appears saying No Drive Fastrack controller.Bios is not installed. This is a major pain in the ass and tips/help is greatly appreciated, and ill answer any questions! ![]() |

| Drives need to show up in the BIOS before doing anything else, check power, cables and also jumpers. If they don't show up in the BIOS then one of the above is wrong, or the drive is toast.
