My 10 gig part keeps filling up and I can't seem to move many of the files out. How can I thus remove the partition or move some of the file to the larger part of the partition.

PartitionMagic will do this, as will any partition program you find on the internet. Odd that you can't move the files though, that should be easy.

That will then allow me to remove the partition or move the files.

Well, you can't remove it, but you can merge both partitions into one like a "normal" PC, and get the full 140gb.
