Default pen drive/ mp3 player

hi im new to this sorry i said all ready somewhere else be told not post there, so here do this way hope that ok. i need help with everytime i pluy pen drive or flash drive or mp3 player, it come up in device manager with a yellow ! next to it. it dont show up in my computer, im running windows vista OME and i build this computers. i have try everything sometime it tell me
mass storage device this dont show up in the device manager either so i cant rid of it., i have try change the letter drive but no luck, it dont show up in computer management
any help would be grateful.

I am sorry I can barely read that.. And that is what is called a driver issue. When you plug in your device try updating your drivers online. Probably the USB driver

all my printer work like mouse and keybroad everything work apart from pen drive or mp3 and yes i have try up date driver even did C:\windows\system\driverstore\filerepository when i do that it tell me usb mass storage driver.
