Any ideas why this would happen? its never happened before in allt he times ive had the phone. The phone is a Sony Ericsson K750i with factory memory stick pro duo (64mb).

My son had a similar problem with his k750i, turned out, in his case, to be a bad connection, all he did was to clean the contacts and push it in and out a few times and it worked,
might work for you m8

This happens from time to time with factory produced cards, buy a decent brand named one and never look back lol.

Did it come with your phone? Also you should put your stuff onto a computer i currently have every photo ,phone number and contact saved to a private folder in my documents, my old phone was stolen once after dropping it at a party, the person who found it would not answer it i must have rang around 20 times , but about 3 days later my best friend came to me with my phone and told me who sold it to him.... was a random guy but my friend new him , i go my phone and everything was deleted including messages payed the guy a visit , got the 15 pound back that my friend paid and left the twat a present...
