Default Problem With Western Digital Hard drive.

Hi,

Okay just this past month i ended up doing a clean wipe on my computer(reformatted). When i went and and cleared my hard drive and added a new partition for xp it only showed that i had 37.2 GB on my 120 GB hard drive. I've wipped it several times and it still says the max memory on it is 37.2 GB. Anyone have a clue on why its doing this? Thanks in advance
