Yes.
But at the risk of losing all data on both drives should one fail. And the increase in performance is, 1) only good for online gaming or lan's as you can load a level a tad faster and 2) very small and, in my opinion, simply not worth the risk.

yeah but using one disk like everyone does to install windows or linux is risky is the same as raid 0 coz if the HD fails yr f*****

But it's only one drive so you lose the cost of a second. And the performance gains are marginal. Make no mistake on this last. Best bet it to get a high gb/platter drive (166gb or thereabouts) for your primary for the os, games etc and purchase a second for storing those photos and music. That way you don't lose your (irreplaceable) photo's and other things should the primary fail.
