Default really need big time help

i was bored so reinstalled windows using RAID stripping i ahve 2 80gb HD and 1 320gb HD, i installed windows on the 2 80gb HD but ive got a BIG problem i cant see my 320gb HD i mean this has got all my backup on i tried to look for the HD in device manager but its not there also. please what do i need big time HELP

i thnk i know why because the only drives in my array are the 2 80 and NOT the 320 so i think thats why

is it like, you can load up the OS and go to my computer and its there but nothing is on it, or is the computer not detecting the HDD at all?
