Default Restricting speed on hard drive

Hi. Tried looking for this query in the forums but no luck.

I have just installed new HD in my Sky+ box and all is well. I have heard that I can slow it's RPM from 7200 to the 5200. My new drive is a little louder (and no doubt hotter) when spinning at 7200RPM. Apparently there is software that can be installed onto the drive to limit it to spin at 5200. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Default Restricting speed on hard drive

The jumpers on the back of the drive will do this, look at the instructions stuck on the drive.
