Default Sandisk Cruzer Micro

Ive had one of these drives for a few months now and it has worked great up until about 15 minutes ago. Im not sure what happened but one minute i was doing some video work the next all my images went blank and all tha audio files all went aswell. I looked at my USB stick and the light ontop has gone out. Now my computer refuses to recognise it so does my laptop and another pc i have tried. When i removed my usb after noticing the light it was very hot, more than a USB should be. I'm not sure whether it has burnt out with the heat or something has gone wrong with a lot of USB ports but there is very improtant info on there which i quite badly need. Any help is greatly appreciated, Razer,

If 3 x seperate machines wont recognise it, I think you have to accept it's trashed.

As it's USB and not recognised, there aint really much else you can do
