I am making a new build soon, so i want this
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820609392
specifically for my OS. im hoping by doing this my PC will boot up much faster. im currently using a normal HDD with a max read rate of 100MB/s which is very sad to be honest. this SSD does 230MB/s which is more than double the speed. will this help my PC load a shit load faster? if not then forget the SSD....

SSD's hold very little in comparison with HDD's, SSD's are very expensive still. I have personally never used a SSD but i hear they aren't worth the buck, yet...

They are indeed worth the buck, and they're not particularly expensive unless your definition of "expensive" includes how much capacity you get. Generally speaking you don't want to use a SSD for mass storage anyway, so that doesn't really matter.
