I installed a Maxtor 6L160PO ATA hard drive tonight, it is recognized in bios and the device manager, but I need to know how to set it up so I can use it. I am running Vista on the other hard drive.

Does it just need formatting? Right click on Computer and select Manage.
What does it say under Disk Management? You should be able to right click and format it and assign a drive letter.
