| I dont think my USB ports are working. I've tried many help sites but none seem to help. The computer tells me that they are enabled but when i plug my ipod in nothing happens at all. It is not a problem with my Ipod because i have tried it on another computer and it has worked fine. Can anyone help? |

| No icant see any yellow question marks but there is a yellow exclamation mark next to 'comunications port(COM4)' if that means anything. |

| It's possible they are faulty, from experience it's very common. The easiest fix is to get a 4 post USB PCI card and fit it inside the PC giving you 4 new ports on the back that are powered directly off the motherboard. They cost around £10-£15 from www.ebuyer.com If you need a link to a product let me know.
