hey. i have a Soniq USB device that was lent to me by a friend, and it won't work on my computer.
i have tried the front two ports, and one back port.
i have also gone on my older computer and tried the same thing, but it doesn't work either.
the USB was working earlier today on a different computer.

i've tried everything i can.
i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver which didn't work either. on Device Manager, it comes up with 'Unknown Device' and when i reinstalled the driver it said 'USB Device', then it quickly changed to the same thing with a yellow and black exclimation mark, and then it quickly changed back to 'Unknown Device.'

if anyone has any way to help me, quite quickly, it would be very much appreciated! (:

are u sure the drivers are the latest one for the usb device
