Love that ^^

But yeah, it went well. With XP.

As soon as I tried with Vista it all went funbags up and I had to use the Win 7 install CD to open the command line and copy all my stuff to a USB stick before formatting and putting Vista back..

Hello. Hope its not hijacking but i found this thread via google and id like to ask a question. I have 1 hard drive that is partitioned in 3 parts; 1 part is in Fat32 and the other 2 are in NTFS. Im wondering which program if any can un-partition my drive back into 1 piece again without formatting. Can Easeus Partition Master do that? I like it cause its free but i want some pro advice before choosing a program. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

Oh, and i use XPsp2.

Gparted should work but backup your stuff first because merging partitions is unreliable at best.

I would recommend Acronis Disk Director .... not free, but a superb partitioning program and well worth the price.

easeus partition manager ... works like magic ... also you need to do is set the hard drive's partitions, then restart and its done ! also Gparted can be buggy, it somehow created 2 partitions table then windows failed to boot ...
