You will need a Molex to SATA power adaptor and a standard SATA cable like the kit here

Awesome! I would like to run a seond hard drive on the ATA/IDE cable and a DVD on the SATA cable. Provided I get the master slave hard drive thing right, is there any problem with that?

Nope .... that will be fine .... if you fit a second HDD, this should be set as SLave.
