Default £350 for speaker set up

Hey,

I have a budget of £350 (I don't have to use all of it ) with which I can buy some tasty audio for my computer.

Systems I have come across are:
  • Creative Gigaworks S750
  • Wharfedale Diamond 9 series
I realise that the Wharfedales, despite their delectable looks, are not specifically PC speakers. I presume this may lead to problems? How may I overcome this problems, if possible, and stay within budget?

Views, opinions and suggestions are all most welcome.

It may be worth pointing out I am not narrowing the choice down to those two sets; they are simply some systems I have heard good things about.
