Default bluetooth head set

I am trying to pair my 6XXplantronics headset to my computer and I did have success at it but it it needs a driver for it and I can only pair it but can't use it due to I need a driver. I also have a jabra BT2040

Yes I have its asking for a paripheral something. I have the driver to hook my phone so that works with my bluetooth dongle but my computer wont understand my headset hardware like I said it will pair but its like plugging in hardware via usb without a driver its 'fits but wont understand'.
