hey, when i connect my zen vision m (30gb) to the computer the docking symbol shows up on the zen and it says its charging, but the computer doesn't realise its connected, this happened on both computers with the creative software on it. i think windows media player may have something to do with it, because i was syncing the zen with media player and bot the computer and the zen froze. when i restarted the computer and reset the zen the computer didnt recognise it
any help would be appreciated, James

I had this problem once and had to reinstall WMP (3 times...) before it was sorted.

Another reason why I like iPods better

Glad you got it sorted - just out of interest were both the computers running the same OS and if so what was it?
