Default Enable Speakers with USB Headset Pluged in?

In the top right hand corner of Realtek Sound Manager press "Device Advanced Settings"

Now select the second option "Make front and rear output devices playback different audio streams simultaneously"

Now click "Ok"

You could pick up an audio splitter for a few quid and have the outputs going through the splitter. This will mean you have to turn off your speakers if you don't want them on and your headset will always be on. I do this and find it works flawlessly =)

*EDIT* I am a fool, its a USB headset.. Follow the advice above then =)
