Hello, Ive been cleaning my computer up and deleting some files and program which I thought I didn’t use amymore, now I don’t have any sound on my computer and I think I may have uninstalled my sound drivers or something like that. I also emptied my recycle bin so everything what I did delete as gone. I don’t know if this helps but I did have a icon on the bottom righthand side of my screen with a little blue crab type on it and now that’s gone, I presume that was my sound icon or driver!!

The reason you haven't had a reply is .... EI Systems do not seem to have a website or provide any support for their products. This is often the case, when you buy cheapos from PC World/Dixons/Currys group.
The closest you will get to any downloads available is the TechGuys page here

I imagine this is on board graphics, so if you have the original disk(s) that came with the machine, you may find the driver on the motherboard disk.

Yeah, there's no way of knowing the sound as "SiS-661" is only the northbridge chipset, it depends entirely on the actual make of the motherboard.

You could try that link, but unless Buzzby has some inside knowledge on that manufacturer, it seems like a crapshoot to me. If you check under System -> Device Manager you may be able to get an idea of what's the audio controller on the motherboard.

A blue crab is REALTEK.

Try these:

http://download1.msi.com/files/downl..._hd_all_mb.zip

Make sure sound drivers are completely uninstalled before you proceed with the installation of these.

Made for most chipset. ALC888 Realtek Sound chipset.

MSI 945GCM478 is the specific motherboard I found for the given specs above.
