This thread belongs in here and monitors but I just decided to put it in here.
Here's the situation, Im gonna be purchasing a monitor, it has a HDMI, a VGA and a DVI input. It also has a Audio in which is 3.5mm and a SPDIF (Not sure what it is.) Okay. The monitor has built in speakers but they SUCK! So i want my PC running on this monitor, which is VGA. I also want my Xbox on it, which is HDMI. HDMI carry's sound, but I can have the sound via a seperate 3.5mm jack, if i want. Cos the built in speakers are RUBBISH, I want my own speakers. How can I acheive this? Remember, it has 1x HDMI, 1x VGA, 1x DVI, 1x 3.5mm In and 1x SPDIF. I need help. Thanks. |

Plug in the monitor via HDMI and plug in the speakers via 3.5?
