I've been at war with myself over buying one of these. Not if but which one would I get. I lost the war in my head and was going to get a 160GB then instead got the 32GB iPod touch.
To put it simply, WOW!  It's a pretty amazing little gadget. Holds up to 7,000 songs/Up to 40 hours of video (like I'll ever get that many songs/pictures. Audio playback Up to 30 hours Video playback Up to 6 hours Built in Wi-Fi plus much more.

I was looking at a touch but I always end up running out of space on such things and went with the Classic 120Gb (Cheaper than the same model with 80gb of space..). Needless to say I was chuffed because about 3 days after I got it I caught the screen with my key..
