I know this sounds lame, i should just replace my speaker/monitor.

But its within my monitor. I accidentally pulled out the power cord of my monitor while adjusting some usb cables. When i rebooted my system, the left speaker of my monitor got crappy sounds, annoying, distorted sounds.

Is there someway to fix this?

Check the minijack plugs in your pc and monitor. It's possible that the plug isn't well pluged. Try to push it in.
