Hi,
I have a generic brand MP3 player. It used to recognise tags, but now it doesn't. When I put new songs on it, it never recognises the song name. It comes up as symbols, but on my computer, the tags are there. I used Winamp Autotagger to tag them, so I tried manually tagging a few, but it still doesn't recognise the tags. Anyone got any ideas?

If it's a no name product, then it was probably cheap and since I doubt anyone here has the knowledge to fix something like that over the Internet, your probably better off just buying a new one.
