sony? i'll put links to both in my aditional details........... heres the link to the sony:http://www.sonystyle.com/is-bin/INTE...silver_NWheres the link to the shuffle:http://www.apple.com/ipodshuffle/i like the screen on the sony, and the way you can select the cd you play, but i don't like that you have to use it with a crummy music download service, which would force me to transfer all of my stuff, which isn't the big thing, its just the music service in general. i like how small the shuffle is, and i love the orange, and how i can keep all my music on itunes(like 500 songs). i tried my sister's shuffle for a day, and she used my 30GB video. we loved each others, but i need something smaller than a video, and a shuffle is about as small as you get. anyway i just would like to no which you like.PLEASE REMEMBER TO LOOK AT BOTH MP3 PLAYERS BEFORE ANSWERING, UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE AND WHAT THEY DO, I.E. SOME OF THEIR FEATURES

The shuffle is not good. Probably great for a child but if youre going to get anything by apple, you are going to have to get something with a screen. im not familiar with the other brand but if it has a screen , then go for that one.

the shuffle doesnt hold enough songs, you should get an i-pod nano 4gb. its small, and holds more songs than a shuffle!

wont go for the shuffle. it doesnt have a screen and thats the biggest disadvantage. and i dont think that to reach a specific song you would like to go through your whole playlist. and also sony recharges faster than shuffle. so my vote goes for sony Last edited by kknight0506 : 22-04-2007 at 06:58 AM.

I would have to say Sony. I wanted a shuffle but didn't like the fact like the above poster mentioned that to get to a certain song you had to go through a ton to get to it.

Personally, I like my SanDisk MP3 player with an SD card slot. I can easily fit as many songs as I need on it between the internal memory and the SD card slot. I'll just swap batches of tracks when I get tired of them. Plus my computers take the SD cards, too. I know, it's a low tech solution. ![]()
