Default Not recieving any sound

Hi there.

I logged onto my computer 2 days ago, and I had lost my sound completely. Everything was perfectly fine before that.

I have a C-Media AC97 Audio Device with updated drivers. The problem is not with my speakers, as they work fine with my radio.

Can anyone give me some assisstance?

I've tried all of the suggested ways in the troubleshooter to resolve the problem, but none of them have worked.

try this....

control panel > hardware & sound > sound (manage audio devices) make sure your audio device is working, it will tell you.
