Hi,

I am Samuel,

I am using Creative for 2 yrs I dont have any prob but now, My Front right speaker is not working, I tested the speaker with another slot it worked.

• I tried Creative diagnostic "passed".
• I tried Speaker test "Front right alone not working"
• I tried updating the driver

I tried reconnecting the slot, to check whether it is inserted properly

OS:WinXP SP2
Sound card model no:SB0680
Sound Blaster 5.1

Can some one please help me, I am so much worried about this prob, your help is highly appreciated:pray:

Have you tried a different speaker in that slot? It sounds like the output jack for the right front is not working. IE: the connection is severed. I don't know if the software would detect that, it would only detect that it is sending a signal to it I think.

Soundblaster is GREAT on XP.
