Sound problem?

hi everyone
i have a problem in my sound,it's Analog Device Inc. Sound Max it said
"The file smwdm.sys is not digitally signed, which means that it has not been tested by Microsoft's Windows Hardware Quality Labs (WHQL). You may be able to get a WHQL logo'd driver from the hardware manufacturer."
the sound doesn't work properly like when i empty the recycle bin it takes a while to sound to come or even i try to open a file and i don't know how to fix that, and i have the lastest drive of it and every time i format my PC it's the same.

Is there any way i can make the driver be and WHQL pass or fix it
and heres my Dxdiag information with a picture of my sound driver not signed
