For some reason all the sound on my computer stutters. It happens about every other minute for like 5-10 seconds. Im on Windows 7 but i dont remember this happening when i first installed the OS. I have tried video games, youtube videos and music in WMP11 and everything stutters like this. Windows says my soundcard drivers are up to date.
