Default Standard Onboard Audio or Creative Labs Audigy SE?

Ok I know Sound Cards are normally better than onboard audio but people have been saying that i should get onboard over audigy SE. Here are the specs Is it true?

I disagree and have that motherboard and sound card and regret the purchase. It's not worth the money.
