I think my problem is with my jack/ something like this. I have intel audio studio for xp, so in my XP I have configured my speakers for it. but as my modo cd don't have intel audio studio I am not able to configure it. do you know the link for intel audio studio for vista.

As far as I can make out Intel haven't released a Vista version

That's a very good question ..... If your supplier sold the PC as Vista compatible, I would be speaking to him, asking for support. You could also speak to Intel Tech Support, but I wouldn't hold your breath.

Good Luck

If you are unable to resolve it through drivers/software, another option is to install a PCI Sound Card, that is Vista compatible. If your Supplier sold you the machine as Vista compatible, get him to bear the cost

Windows vista is a pile of crap i have had the same problem and iv tried to change the drivers but no luck. Windows vista also takes up your memory like no bodys buisness its also going to be replaced next year because microsoft thinks that the operating system is crap so if i were you i would go to windows xp (professional) because it has a stable operating system.
