Hey, I have a weird microphone problem on my computer.
The computer can find my mic and it works perfectly in windows recorder and everything (I've tried to record my self and I can hear myself when I play the file afterwards), however when I try to use my mic in a program like Skype or Ventrilo, I can't make anyone else here me.

I'm using Windows 7 atm but I had the same problem earlier, when I was using Windows Vista as well. So I don't think it has anything to do with that.

And I've gone through every configuration in Skype, Ventrilo and Team Speak. Yet I can't find any solution.

Any ideas?

Check your mic is set as the default recording device, and that your correct audio device is set as the default for recording and playback.
