| Hi, Can anyone offer advice on recording listen again radio shows,Im using Audacity with vista, someone said go to view,then float mixer toolbar then choose "Wave Out" or "Stereo Mix" as the input source. I do this but there isnt anything in the drop down menu.Do you know what lead goes where if at all? any help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Vin. |

| Leads? Just play the listen again online and record in real time using some software like JetAudio.

| Ok ,thanks for that,so when I go to radio whiltshire and click on my desired radio show, do I just press record on Jet Audio and thats it,because by doing that nothing happens. Cheers. Vinnie. |

| Start the radio playing, then hit record and do it in real time. Doing this is a bit like the old days of taping the radio with a cassette. Jet audio should show the record level when recording. Test it a few times, record a bit and see if it plays back, then do a proper run. |

| Have tried that Dave,the recording levels dont moveat all, only light up,tried all different buttons round it too. Cheers. Vinnie. |

| When they are lit they are recording. Have you listened back to the recordings to see if it is working? |

| Hi Dave, I recorded a 20 sec piece,the two green lights are on the end,but theres no movement in the levels. it did record,but cannot hear anything on playback. Cheers, Vin. |

| It's difficult not being at the machine, fiddle with the settings. Basically whilst recording the gains/level lights should move accordingly. You also need to set the source to 'what you hear' |
